Did you send them a debug log privately ? or post one on this forum ?
The developers are asking you for a debug log, because the App itself has very little to almost no telemetry that reports back to the server, therefore the developers have very little information to work with, in order to troubleshoot your problem.
and the initials problem seems to be specific to your device, making the need for a debuglog greater.
I have 4 test devices, none of which suffer from that issue…
